Founded by Josh — a diver who famously kept the same yellow Aqualung mask for 20 years — the company bonds Zeiss glass corrective lenses directly into customers' own masks or into masks purchased from their catalog, covering prescriptions as complex as prism correction for double vision, cylinder correction for astigmatism, bifocals, and custom reading segments for viewing gauges and dive computers. Customers can send in an existing mask (using a pre-paid UPS label) or order a complete mask-and-lens package from a lineup that includes brands such as Apeks, Scubapro, Atomic Aquatics, Hollis, IST, and SeaDive. Both custom-fitted and stock (pre-made) lens options are available, the latter starting at $64.00 plus lens cost. For advanced bifocal needs, the lab also hand-makes Franklin bifocals — fully customizable near/distance split — available by phone.
