Key Largo Scuba Diving
Drop into the Florida Keys' most celebrated reefs and legendary wrecks — from the shallow coral gardens of Molasses Reef to the massive steel hulk of Spiegel Grove — with daily departures, private options, and a team built for divers at every level.
Key Largo Scuba Diving operates out of Key Largo in the Florida Keys, running daily guided dive trips to some of the most iconic reef and wreck sites in the southeastern United States. Reef trips focus on shallow coral gardens — Molasses Reef, French Reef, Hens and Chickens, and Pickles Reef — at depths of 20–45 feet, making them accessible for newly certified Open Water divers as well as seasoned reef enthusiasts. Wreck trips reach the legendary Spiegel Grove, USCG Duane, USCG Bibb, Benwood, Eagle, Vandenberg, and City of Washington, with depths ranging from 40 to 140 feet and guided penetration routes available for Advanced Open Water certified divers. The operation runs 365 days a year from 7 AM to 11 PM and offers both group and private charter options. Standard reef and wreck trips are 2-tank, approximately 4 hours, with 1-hour bottom time at each of two locations and a 15-minute surface interval in between. Private charters provide fully customized itineraries with a dedicated PADI instructor and private boat, and the Ultimate Scuba Diving Experience bundles a private boat, captain, and instructor for two divers at two locations. Beyond diving trips, the shop operates as a full-service retail center and Platinum SCUBAPRO dealer, stocking regulators, BCDs, masks, fins, and full-face Ocean Reef masks, with factory-certified technicians for equipment service and nationwide shipping. PADI certification courses range from Open Water through specialty programs including Wreck Penetration, Nitrox, and Advanced Wreck Diver, as well as Divemaster and IDC Staff Instructor training.
