Tide Ryder is a veteran-owned and operated charter business running out of White Hall Boat Landing on Factory Creek in Beaufort, SC. Captain Adam Sauerborn holds a US Coast Guard OUPV merchant mariner's license and operates two vessels: Recovery, a 29 ft Grady White Sailfish with twin Suzuki 225hp motors suited for offshore and nearshore fishing (maximum 6 clients), and Ryder II, a 22 ft Sea Pro center console built for Lowcountry inshore fishing (maximum 4 clients). The operation also serves the surrounding areas of Hilton Head, Fripp, and Harris Island. Trip offerings range from 2-hour nature cruises to full-day Gulf Stream fishing expeditions, with options for inshore, nearshore, and offshore fishing across both morning and afternoon departures. Custom sandbar and private beach cruises are also available by arrangement. As a USMC veteran, Captain Adam extends military specials to veterans and active duty personnel throughout the year and makes an annual donation to the Wounded Warriors Project.
