Outrageous Diving operates the Outrageous V out of Beaufort, North Carolina, offering guided wreck diving trips to an impressive fleet of inshore and offshore shipwrecks scattered along the Cape Fear and Crystal Coast. Whether you're looking for a quick half-day inshore dive or a full extended-day expedition to deep offshore wrecks, the crew — led by Owner/Captain William Drysdale and staffed by certified dive instructors and divemasters — caters to a wide range of experience levels. The dive sites span legendary WWII-era wrecks such as the U-352 (a German U-boat sunk in 1942), the HMT Bedfordshire, the Caribsea, and the Papoose, alongside artificial reefs like the USS Aeolus (sunk in 1988). Regular Day Charter sites at depths of 100–120 feet require divers to show proof of training or experience at those depths, while inshore charters offer shallower alternatives. The Schurz and Spar are noted for abundant marine life including schools of fish, rays, octopuses, and sand tiger sharks. Outrageous Diving structures its pricing to accommodate both individual divers and groups, with group rates available for parties of six or more and an off-season discount program running October through mid-April for weekday charters.
