Founded by 40-year travel industry veteran Wendy Simon, Snorkeling Etc. Inc. organizes dedicated snorkel group expeditions to some of the most pristine reef systems on the planet. Based in Santa Cruz, California, the company's signature approach is to put snorkelers first — chartering liveaboard vessels and booking eco-resorts exclusively for snorkel-focused groups, so participants spend 4–6 hours per day in the water exploring shallow reefs, dramatic walls, mangrove systems, and manta cleaning stations without competing with scuba divers. Wendy Simon personally leads or co-leads each expedition and handles flight advice, trip extensions, and travel insurance referrals for participants.
