Phantom Divers operates out of Playa del Carmen on the Mexican Caribbean coast. The charter is well known for its bull shark diving programs, offering both natural drift encounters and static feeding dives at depths up to 80 feet during the November–March season. Beyond sharks, they run standard ocean dive trips to local reef sites like Turtles, Sabalos, Barracuda, and Shangrila, as well as wall dives such as Pared Verde and Chuzumbul. The operator also provides access to inland cenotes with visibility exceeding 50 meters and organizes special excursions to the MUSA underwater museum in Isla Mujeres. As a training center affiliated with SSI/SNSI, they offer courses ranging from introductory scuba experiences to full Open Water certifications and advanced specialties like Rescue Diver.
