Macarron Scuba Diver

Experience the Galápagos underwater with daily two-tank dives to iconic sites like Gordon Rocks and North Seymour Channel.

Macarron Scuba Diver operates from the passenger dock in Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island, offering daily dive trips to 13 sites across the Galápagos archipelago. The operation runs a structured schedule where divers meet at 6:30 AM for taxi and boat transfers, typically completing two dives per day with surface intervals that include hot drinks and snacks before lunch at local restaurants. The diving program covers a wide range of conditions, from beginner-friendly sites like Punta Carrión to advanced destinations such as Gordon Rocks, which requires a minimum of 25 logged dives in the last 18 months. Divers can encounter hammerhead sharks, Galápagos sharks, sea turtles, and rays across various locations including North Seymour Channel, Daphne Minor, and Bartolomé. The company also provides certification courses ranging from Discover Scuba to Divemaster, with bilingual instructors guiding students through the unique currents of the region.
