Lynnhaven Dive Center

From your first bubble in the pool to professional instructor training, Lynnhaven Dive Center has been guiding Hampton Roads divers since 1978.

Lynnhaven Dive Center is a full-service scuba dive center and swim school located in Virginia Beach, operating out of an indoor heated pool facility. The business has been serving the Hampton Roads area since 1978, offering structured swimming lessons for all ages from infants to adults alongside comprehensive scuba diving education. The dive program covers the entire spectrum of SSI certification levels, ranging from introductory Try Scuba sessions and Open Water Diver courses to advanced specialties like Sidemount and Gas Blender. As an SSI Instructor Training Center, LDC focuses heavily on professional development, hosting regular ITCs led by instructor trainers Chris Strollo and Letitia Nichols. Beyond local training, the center organizes scuba travel vacations for its students, with upcoming trips listed to destinations such as Key Largo and Beaufort. The facility also maintains an equipment service center capable of handling annual inspections and gear servicing needs.
