Fin Obsession Tours

Experience the best of Placencia's waters with a customized day that combines expert fishing guidance, island relaxation, and fresh seafood lunches prepared by your captain.

Fin Obsession Tours is a family-run operation based in Placencia, Belize, led by owners Darrel and Jasmine "Jolly" Westby. The business specializes in customized days on the water that blend sportfishing with relaxation, offering both inner reef trips focused on fly fishing species like permit and bonefish, as well as outer reef excursions targeting larger game fish such as marlin and sailfish. A distinctive feature of their tours is the inclusion of island hopping to destinations like Moho Caye or Ray Cay, where guests can enjoy a fresh lunch prepared by Captain Darrel using the day's catch. The operation also offers seasonal snorkeling and lobster diving experiences for those looking to explore the coral beds without venturing far from the coast.
