Rich Coast Diving operates from Playas del Coco in the Gulf of Papagayo, running daily boat trips to local reef sites just 10–15 minutes away. The operation is known for its seasonal specialties: giant manta rays at the Catalina Islands during the dry season and bull sharks at the Bat Islands (Murciélagos) from June to October. The center maintains a fully stocked dive shop on-site, acting as an authorized dealer for brands like ScubaPro, Cressi, Mares, and AquaLung. It also functions as Costa Rica's first SSI Career Center, offering professional training programs including Divemaster internships and instructor courses alongside standard recreational certifications. Trips are conducted in small groups of up to 4–5 divers per guide, with prices inclusive of 13% VAT. The team is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, French, Dutch, German, and Italian.
