Led by Captain Alex (in the sector since 1999) with support from his wife Stefania and vice-captain Salvatore, the family-run business provides guests with a hands-on introduction to traditional fishing techniques using professional equipment. The daily itinerary begins at 9:10 AM at Alghero port with a briefing, departing at 9:30 for navigation along the Riviera del Corallo. Guests participate in practical fishing demonstrations, enjoy a swim and snorkeling stop, and share a lunch prepared by Stefania featuring fresh fish caught that day (including first course, second course, water, wine, coffee, and digestifs). The trip concludes with return to port at 4:00 PM. Destinations include Rada di Alghero, Riviera del Corallo, Parco Naturale di Porto Conte, Baia delle Ninfe, Capo Galera, Punta Giglio, Capo Caccia, Torre del Lazzaretto, Cala Burantì, and Cala Dragunara. The boat has a maximum capacity of 12 people.
