Peps Dive USA (also known as Peps Diving Club) is a Houston-area dive center situated in Stafford, Texas, operating as part of a global network that includes a flagship center in Beijing (founded 2015), a branch in Phuket, Thailand, a domestic location in Hainan, and partner dive centers in Moalboal and Bohol in the Philippines. The Houston location opened in 2019 and caters to both novice and experienced divers, offering instruction in both English and Chinese within a welcoming community environment. The club is led by Fate Yin (印苏), a Master Instructor and PADI Elite Instructor award recipient with nearly 10 years of diving experience and 8 years of professional teaching across multiple countries. Fate is known for a personalized, safety-first teaching philosophy and tailors programs to individual students. Alongside her, Divemaster Missy Fu represents the club's own homegrown talent pipeline. The club's founder, Jeanpierre (郝晨), holds the title of Course Director — the only Chinese-national Course Director based in Phuket — and brings over 12 years of diving experience and an extensive international instructor development background. Beyond its strong training program — which covers Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Divemaster, and a range of specialties — Peps Dive USA also offers diving equipment and organized dive travel, connecting Houston-based divers to its global network of partner locations. With close to 20,000 members across all its worldwide locations, the club has built a substantial bilingual community around the sport of diving.
