The operation focuses on bottom fishing for rockfish and related species — including Vermillion Rockfish, Copper Rockfish, Blue Rockfish, China Rockfish, Bocaccio Rockfish, Lingcod, Cabazon, and occasionally wolf eel — ranging 10 to 20 miles up and down the coast while staying within 3 miles of shore. All trips are fully private, meaning the booking party has the boat exclusively to themselves. Both full-day and half-day options (morning and afternoon) are available. Full-day and morning half-day trips require arrival by 6:45 AM; afternoon half-day trips call for an 11:45 AM arrival. An optional add-on takes anglers to the historically productive fishing grounds around the Piedras Blancas Lighthouse area for an additional $100 per person. Standard full-day trip pricing does not include rod/reel or tackle; a rod and reel can be rented for $15 per day, or rod, reel, and tackle together for $40 per day. Half-day trip pricing does include rod/reel and tackle. An all-inclusive fishing package is also available — call for pricing. Anglers must have a California fishing license, available online or locally at Morro Bay Landing, which is adjacent to the boat.
