Operating from 713 Shepard Street in Morehead City, North Carolina, Olympus Dive Center runs daily dive charters to the storied shipwrecks that earned the North Carolina coast its nickname, the "Graveyard of the Atlantic." Their signature Full Day Dive Trip makes two dives at depths of 90–120 feet, visiting historic WWII casualties such as the German submarine U-352, the tanker Papoose, and other wartime wrecks lying offshore where the Gulf Stream meets the continental shelf. A Shallow Full Day option (two dives, 50–70 feet) and a Half-Day Shallow trip (one dive, up to 60 minutes) round out the local charter schedule for divers of varying experience levels. Beyond local charters, Olympus organizes group scuba travel to destinations including the Florida Springs, the Florida Keys Wreck Trek, Jupiter Florida drift diving, Panama City Beach, Little Cayman, Bonaire, and liveaboard expeditions aboard the Cayman Aggressor. The shop carries a full retail line anchored by a Scubapro Platinum Dealership, along with JBL and AB Biller spearguns, GoPro cameras, Shearwater, Backscatter, and more, and maintains an authorized Scubapro service center for equipment repairs. Olympus is a Five Star PADI training facility offering courses from Open Water Diver through Instructor, including specialty certifications such as Wreck Diver, Nitrox, Digital Underwater Photographer, U-Boat 352 Diver, and Lionfish Removal Specialist. The dive shop is open every day during peak season (June–September) from 6 am to 8 pm, and Monday through Saturday during the regular season.
