Experience the underwater world of Kos with clear water and diverse marine life from a convenient shore dive site.
Kos Divers operates from Psalidi on the island of Kos in Greece. The dive center is located right by the sea at Kipriotis Village and Niriides Beach hotel, providing direct access to a local shore dive site without the need for boat logistics. The underwater environment features crystal-clear water with excellent visibility. Divers enter from the beach onto a sandy plateau between 0-5 meters before swimming down a gentle slope to a second plateau at 12-17 meters where replicas of Greek statues rest on the seabed. The seafloor is composed of sand, rock, and Posidonia oceanica fields. The site supports diverse marine life including octopuses, scorpionfish, nudibranchs, schools of bream, triggerfish, stingrays, lionfish, amberjacks, small tunas, Mediterranean barracudas, and Lessepsian immigrants from the Red Sea. The operator offers shore dives for certified divers as well as introductory experiences like PADI Discover Scuba Diving.
