Indigenous Adventures
With over 26 years on the water and deep roots in southwestern Oregon's river systems, Cooper Hedgecock brings expert knowledge of salmon and steelhead fishing to every guided trip.
Indigenous Adventures Guide Service, owned and operated by Cooper Hedgecock out of Coos Bay, Oregon, specializes in guided fishing trips targeting salmon and steelhead across the Coos, Coquille, Umpqua, Elk, and Sixes River systems of southwestern Oregon. Cooper began his fishing career in 1997 at age 12 at Baranof Wilderness Lodge in Alaska, working as a deckhand before earning his captain's license at 18 and eventually launching Indigenous Adventures in 2013. All guided trips run 8 hours and are priced at $250 per person, covering both salmon and steelhead pursuits. Cooper draws on more than two decades of experience to share his knowledge of varied fishing techniques and Oregon's scenic river environments with every guest.
