in2deep

One Breath... One Adventure! Master the art of freediving and spearfishing with specialized AIDA/FDI training in Cyprus.

in2deep is a freediving school based in Cyprus that specializes in AIDA/FDI certification courses and spearfishing training. The operation focuses on teaching breath-hold diving techniques through structured levels ranging from introductory to advanced competition preparation. The curriculum includes the standard AIDA 1, 2, and 3 levels, as well as specialized sessions for competition freediving and modern spearhunting practices. Courses are designed to be flexible, allowing self-taught divers to enter at a level that matches their existing skills after an initial assessment by the instructor. Training is conducted in both confined water (pool) and open sea environments, with specific requirements for swimming ability and health certificates prior to participation.
