Immerse yourself in the Mediterranean's underwater wonderland with Menorca's first dedicated freediving school.
Freedive Menorca is a dedicated freediving school located in the Balearic Islands. The operation focuses on AIDA certification courses ranging from beginner levels to master and instructor training. The team includes Valeria Olives Babler (AIDA Instructor Trainer), Adam De La Mare (AIDA Master Instructor), and Lorena Fuentes Oró (AIDA Instructor). They offer various course formats including Intro, Level 1 through Level 3, and a rigorous Instructor Course. Additionally, they provide online coaching services for theory, equalization, breathing, and technique review. The school also organizes all-inclusive freediving retreats at the rustic villa Binissaida de Devant in Menorca's southeast countryside. These camps include accommodation, meals, transfers from Mahón airport, and daily diving sessions featuring depth training and cave exploration.
