Free Flow is a freediving and first aid school based in Lithakia on the island of Zakynthos, Greece, run by instructor Ioannis Aliazis. The operation focuses exclusively on Apnea Academy certification courses (Level 1 through Level 3) and specialized training weeks for freedivers. Courses are conducted with a maximum of two students at any given time to ensure personalized instruction and focus on technique, equalization, and mental training. Training takes place in open water around Zakynthos depending on weather conditions, as well as in a 25m pool in Zakynthos town for theory and pool sessions. The school also offers specialized events including spearfishing courses, luxury equalization clinics, and international training weeks at the Y-40 deep thermal pool in Italy.
