From Anacapa's kelp-draped reefs to a drilling-rig wreck sitting in 260 feet of water eight miles off the coast, DV Triton takes small groups to corners of the Channel Islands that shore divers can only dream about — hot meals, free Nitrox, and a bunk included when you want to stay longer.

DV Triton is a custom dive charter vessel operating small-group, private boat dives to California's Channel Islands National Park from the Southern California coast. The boat itself has a long history in the Sea Urchin harvest fishery before being converted to a premier dive platform, and it now runs single-day, overnight, and multi-day liveaboard charters spanning the full length of the island chain — from Santa Cruz and Anacapa in the east to the remote outer islands of San Nicholas and San Clemente. The charter caters to virtually every style of diver. Recreational divers discovering the Channel Islands for the first time, technical divers bringing doubles, scooters, and rebreathers, freedivers seeking edge-of-the-envelope experiences, and dive clubs or shops looking for a dedicated private vessel are all welcome. Signature wreck dives include the Triple Crown — a 1968 drilling rig supply vessel lying upright in 260 feet of water eight miles off Santa Barbara — plus the Galliano wreck and its flourishing reef at Anacapa Island, and the Barbee wreck near Cat Rock at West Anacapa in 130 feet of water. Advanced Open Water certification is required on most trips. Overnight and multi-day liveaboard charters (up to three nights) sleep up to five guests aboard and include free tank fills and Nitrox, hot lunches, dinners with fresh food, continental breakfast and hot breakfast sandwiches, Starlink satellite Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and a hot-water enclosed shower on the back deck. Multi-day itineraries open access to the chain's most remote destinations — seal rookeries on Santa Barbara Island, California Elephant Seal colonies at Santa Rosa and San Miguel, seldom-dived Castle Rock northwest of San Miguel, and Begg Rock eight miles northwest of San Nicholas Island.
