Dune Academy is a dive training center located at the Port de la Pointe Rouge in Marseille. The facility features separate changing rooms for men and women, hot showers, restrooms, an equipped classroom with video projectors, and an outdoor courtyard with picnic tables, fridges, microwaves, and relaxation spaces. The academy specializes in professional dive training programs, including the PADI Divemaster course which requires candidates to be certified as Advanced Open Water Diver and Rescue Diver. The center is staffed by instructors holding the DEJEPS diploma (perfectionnement sportif mention plongée subaquatique) who are also active PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors. Dune Academy was created in 1997 in Safaga, Egypt, and has since become a reference for underwater diving training.
