Divers Cove
From Fort Lauderdale's shallow artificial reefs to the remote atolls of Palau, Divers Cove brings 37 years of South Florida diving expertise — small groups, expert local guides, and a passionate conservation community — to every dive.
Divers Cove has operated out of Davie — just inland from Fort Lauderdale — since 1988, running shore and boat dives across South Florida's reefs and wrecks. Local favorites include the shallow artificial reef at Vista Park, beach-entry diving at Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and Yellow Brick Road, and Blue Heron Bridge, one of the region's most celebrated macro-life sites. Group sizes are capped at six divers per guide, keeping every outing personal and closely supervised. The shop is a genuine full-service destination: beyond dive trips, it stocks and professionally fits gear from Scubapro, Aqualung, and Atomic; services and inspects regulators; fills tanks; and rents equipment. The team carries deep wreck-diving knowledge honed on South Florida's 4,000-plus shipwrecks — specialty training dives run on the Okinowa and Lady Luck — and organizes international liveaboard travel to marquee destinations such as the Maldives and Palau. On the conservation front, the Divers Cove Reef Collective conducts monthly ocean cleanups, coral outplanting, and standardized REEF fish surveys across Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, and the Florida Keys in partnership with REEF and the Coral Restoration Foundation. For divers looking to turn every dive into something meaningful, the collective offers a structured and science-backed way to give back to South Florida's marine environment.
