Dean's Dive Center

From Fort Myers on Florida's Gulf Coast, Dean's Dive Center has been putting divers on the reef, into the Keys, and onto the speargun trigger for over three decades — with expert instructors, a full-service shop, and trips running in every direction.

Dean's Dive Center is a locally owned, full-service dive operation based in Fort Myers, Southwest Florida, serving the diving communities of Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Lehigh for more than 30 years. Owner Brent Argabright has been active in the Southwest Florida dive industry since 1993 and the shop holds a well-established presence across the region. Regular dive trips run to the Atlantic East Coast (approximately every other weekend, weather permitting), the Florida Keys, and local Gulf of Mexico waters, with a strong specialty emphasis on spearfishing charters. The dive team includes a roster of eight PADI instructors collectively qualified to teach the full certification ladder — from Open Water through Divemaster — as well as an extensive range of specialty courses: Enriched Air (Nitrox), Wreck, Deep, Drift, Night Diver, Drysuit, Underwater Photography, Search and Recovery, Underwater Navigation, and more. Scheduled Open Water classes run multiple times per month with corresponding checkout dives. The retail floor stocks major brands including Scubapro, Mares, Oceanic, Genesis, and Sherwood, as well as a large selection of spearfishing gear from ABBiller and JBL. Shop services include scuba equipment rental and repair, air and Nitrox fills, hydrostatic and visual tank testing, regulator service, and underwater camera rentals through Sealife.
