Experience the unique beauty of Georgia's coastal estuaries and marshes on private fishing charters or scenic nature tours led by a local marine biologist.
Coastal Outdoor Adventures is a private charter and tour operation based in St. Simons Island, Georgia, led by Capt. Brooks Good with over 35 years of experience on the Golden Isles waters. The business operates two vessels: the Low Country Queen, a 35-foot Trident Pontoon certified for up to 24 passengers that is ideal for larger groups and school programs, and the Good Times, a 21-foot center console suited for smaller fishing parties of up to four people. The company specializes in private inshore and nearshore fishing trips targeting species such as sharks, whiting, speckled seatrout, redfish, and black drum within the marshes and estuaries around St. Simons, Little Saint Simons, and the Sea Islands. In addition to angling charters, they offer scenic nature tours and sunset cruises that highlight local wildlife, history, and coastal ecology, as well as dedicated birding trips in the Altamaha River basin. Beyond their boat-based activities, Coastal Outdoor Adventures provides outdoor adventure camps for kids and school programs, along with a catering service featuring fresh local seafood. All fishing and tour experiences are private charters where the entire vessel is booked exclusively for the client's group.
