Coastal Fishing Adventures LLC
Guide David's 25-plus years on the Northwest Oregon waters mean clients on his 25-foot Alumaweld Columbia or 14-foot NRS raft are in expert hands — whether they're chasing Chinook on the Columbia River or bottom-fishing for lingcod off the open coast.
Coastal Fishing Adventures LLC runs guided fishing trips on the Columbia River and along the Oregon Coast from the Astoria area, deploying a 25-foot Alumaweld Columbia for salmon and ocean bottom-fishing outings and a 14-foot NRS raft for float trips targeting fall Chinook and winter steelhead. All ages and experience levels are welcome, and guide David brings more than 25 years of fishing experience on Northwest Oregon waters to every trip. The trip lineup covers the full year: Chinook and Coho salmon from March through October, fall Chinook and winter steelhead float trips from October through March, catch-and-release sturgeon on the Columbia River in June and July, crabbing on the river or ocean from September through December, and ocean rockfish and lingcod bottom-fishing from March through October. Most trips run eight hours at $275 per person; sturgeon trips are priced at $250 per person and crabbing at $150 per person. Anglers are required to bring a valid Oregon fishing license, their own lunch, and warm clothing. A $100 per-person deposit secures a reservation, with the full balance due on the day of the trip. Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance receive a full deposit refund; cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit unless the date can be rebooked.
