Calypso Diving is a family-run dive center in L'Estartit on the Costa Brava coast of Spain. The business has been operated by Peter Lane for nearly four decades and focuses on diving within the Natural Parc of Montgri, Les Illes Medes I El Baix Ter. The operator runs boat trips to two main areas: the protected waters of the Medes Islands (Illes Medes) and the coast of Montgrí. Trips are scheduled in 2-hour blocks throughout the day, with a mandatory booking requirement due to limited spots in the nature reserve. The center provides full equipment rental, including BCDs, wetsuits, regulators, masks, fins, lamps, and diving computers. In addition to recreational dives for certified divers, Calypso Diving offers PADI certification courses ranging from Open Water Diver up to Divemaster, as well as introductory experiences like Try Scuba and Discover Scuba Diving. The team speaks seven languages: Spanish, Catalan, German, Dutch, French, Russian, and English.
