Blutopia is a dive center located in Kamiros Skala on the southwestern coast of Rhodes. Founded by local diver Savvas Chatzinikolaou in 2007, it operates as the first and only dive center in this secluded region, which has become a natural marine sanctuary protected by law. The operator runs small-group boat dives within the Marine Park, typically accommodating 2–5 divers per trip. These excursions focus on exploring the area's unique ecosystem, including nearby fish farms that serve as refuges for marine life and historic shipwrecks such as the Pytheas Wreck.
