Bluelba Diving Center operates from the beach at Località Ottone on the north coast of Isola d'Elba. The center is situated directly on the sand a few meters from the main entrance to Campeggio Rosselba le Palme, with its office located inside the campsite reception area. The operator runs guided dive trips for certified divers and snorkeling excursions using fast boats that depart directly from their own beach. All of their standard dive sites are within 20 minutes' navigation time, including the island's only protected marine reserve, Scoglietto. Trips run in both morning and afternoon sessions. In addition to recreational diving, Bluelba offers PADI certification courses for adults at all levels—from introductory Discover Scuba Diving up through Rescue Diver—as well as specialized junior programs for children starting from age 6.
