Blue Water Park—formerly Dive Alabama—is an inland quarry diving facility located at 100 Industrial Park Drive in Pelham, Alabama. The park was purchased by Mark DiGiorgio, owner of ScubaVentures Inc. in Birmingham, with the stated goal of making it the premium inland diving experience for the southeast. The facility welcomes divers of all ages and certification levels for recreational, technical, and training dives within the quarry. The park maintains full on-site service capabilities, including rental gear (dry suits included), air and nitrox fills, and gear and tank repair—everything a diver might need without leaving the grounds. Beyond scuba, the facility also offers kayaking and paddleboarding, an in-person retail shop, and a loyalty perk: every fifth visit is free. In addition to day visits at the quarry, Blue Water Park organizes scuba group travel for divers looking to explore destinations beyond Alabama. Dive instructors and groups can make weekday appointments, while walk-in hours operate Friday through Sunday during the spring and summer season.
