Blue Nation Baja

Explore the pristine islands of Loreto Bay with a team that personally runs every tour. From dramatic lava formations to deep seamounts and bioluminescent nights, experience the Sea of Cortez through a conservation-focused lens.

Blue Nation Baja operates out of Loreto in the Sea of Cortez, running boat-based dive and snorkel tours to the islands of the Loreto Bay National Park. The team personally conducts all trips without outsourcing boats or guides, ensuring a high standard of quality with multilingual staff who are CPR and First Aid trained. The operator offers a variety of dive experiences ranging from classic reef dives at Coronado and Carmen Island to advanced technical diving in remote seamounts like Montserrat and the San Bruno area. They specialize in 'Doing It Right' (DIR) principles, offering specific configurations such as sidemount and twinset setups for both recreational and tech divers. Beyond standard scuba trips, Blue Nation provides snorkeling tours suitable for families, night dives to observe bioluminescence, and a full range of certification courses from Open Water through Divemaster. The shop also serves as a fill station with air, nitrox, and trimix capabilities.
