Barracuda Diving Center operates out of Varadero in Cuba's Matanzas Province and has been running dive operations there for more than three decades. The center is noted as the only operator with its own vessels available in Varadero, giving it direct access to local underwater sites without relying on third-party boats. The operation covers a range of dives from reef exploration to wreck diving, including visits to the Russian Frigate BP 383 and Cueva de los Peces (Fish Cave). The center also issues scuba certifications through multiple training agencies.
