Alpha Divers is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, operating out of a dedicated dive shop at 2001 N. Broadway St. Positioned as East Tennessee's hub for scuba and freediving, the shop serves both newcomers and experienced divers with a full curriculum of PADI recreational, advanced, technical, public safety, professional, and RAID freediving courses. Beyond training, Alpha Divers organizes group dive travel trips to premier dive destinations. Past and upcoming trips have included North Florida springs camping trips, Gulf of Mexico wreck diving out of Fort Walton Beach, North Carolina shark tooth and wreck dives, and a Dive and Drive package to Bonaire. The Fort Walton Beach trip runs over a weekend with six dives across legendary Gulf wrecks and requires Advanced Open Water certification as a minimum. The shop also carries dive gear under their own Alpha Gear line, giving the business a genuine retail component alongside its training and travel offerings. The community-focused approach — organizing trips, running courses across multiple agency levels, and stocking gear — makes Alpha Divers a comprehensive dive operation for the East Tennessee region.
